Seven weeks ago, our new crop of Tambaqui were 5 grams each… they’re averaging 90 grams each now! We are transferring several hundred of the first crop from pond #1 to ponds 2 and 3 in anticipation of further growth and our first harvest this Christmas. Rock View is piloting the Rupununi’s first aquaculture microenterprise project and so far it’s a great success.
